your complaint was taken seriously and we did follow up with the employee’s that were representing our venue. I sincerely apologize that we failed to assist with providing information and answering any questions you had about our venue and if, as a result, you were left with an overall negative experience. I can fully assure you that we did not purposefully fail to connect with you and your bridesmaids. Our company has a diverse background and we would absolutely not tolerate any type of discrimination. I, again, just wanted to reach out to you and apologize for your negative experience with us. I would love it if you would give us another chance.
