STAY AWAY FROM THE VERNON COMPANY! I'm a business owner of a shoe store in the Bay Area, California and have had a terrible experience with Vernon, in which I won't use their services againI needed to order plastic bags and pens for my company and they did not provide what was promisedThe actual products I received were different than what was on the invoice, in which I neededWhat was missing on the bag is the inch on every side and the bag was supposed high density, which was NOT, that is what we agreedThe pens came with the wrong hours of operation printed on them, which were not approved before productionsAll this order happened at the same timeThey have refused to make the correction for usI had to do charge back on my credit card and they had the time to file a small claim to us and get our money after ruining our orderI highly recommend as a business owner, DO NOT deal with Vernon, they will rip you off and take advantage of you because it will cost you lots of time and moneyStay far away from them for the protection of your own business
