The Vault

My friend and I have been regular customers of the Vault in Northampton for many years. Until an employee by the name of Tiffany was hired. For reasons we are unsure of, Tiffany has attempted to "ban" us from the store. We have never once had a single incident of any kind that has been negative at that store. Never broke anything, stole,or vandalized, never came in drunk, unruly, loud or disruptive, never had an argument, or broke any
rule,law, or social custom of any kind. we have always paid for our items and left. There has never been a single problem. Never once was our conduct anything but polite,and brief. But the last 3 times we went there to buy items, she has refused to ring up our items. But tiffany is not the manager, that should still be a man named Josh. There has never been a time where any manager has spoken to either of us. Tiffany is an hourly cashier and does not have the authority to ban customers. And to try and ban honest, loyal, customers, due to an employees own prejudices, is a pretty serious civil/human rights violation. I cant believe this is happening in 2016, in Northampton, we are shocked and appalled.
