just gave him the date for the amount of his NON REFUNDABLE deposit (original amount was 650.00 ) I believe. I did that to honestly just to have him stop changing things. When I wrote the deposit amount at the top of the page I put "NR" for non refundable and we even discussed this. He signed the paperwork TWICE. BEFORE he left I said to again that I could make no further changes and it was not refundable he agreed. Then his son attempted to steal from me by telling my workers I comped him food when I did not. I told them to leave and the next few days or so I get a letter from Revdex.com. No I am NOT giving him refund.  Honestly he needs to be paying me for all the headache of even trying to accommodate him.
