As a small local business, we offer our customers a 7 day "store" warranty for any manufacturer defects in the product. They must have a receipt and there must be no physical damage to the unit to be considered for our warranty. We choose to...

offer this warranty to our customers and it is not through the manufacturer. This information is posted in our stores and on our website. Any "manufacturer" warranty claims, which is usually longer than 7 days, must go through the manufacturer. This issue falls after our store warranty and will therefore have to be evaluated by the manufacturer.
