On Saturday 92015 at approximately 3:30pm [redacted] came in to the shop and purchased the teal eVic-VTC mini vaporizer device from Eliot the sales manager. As our policy we always offer the... costumer walk through on setting up the device. At that time [redacted] a did not have time for us to show her how device work and walked out with product. Following day, She came back to return the used devise, and complained that it didn't work. She spoke with Rem, who is another sales manager, who at the time let me know. Rem offered her, again, to take a look at her device, which she didn't have time for again. Rem put her on the phone with me to speak with her. I offered her an exchange, since she mentioned that it wasn't working, which she took. I returned to the shop on Monday the [redacted] of September to have a look over the returned product. After careful review, the devise does actually work just fine, and is still here at the shop. [redacted] a is welcome to keep the exchanged devise, or come in and pick up her original purchase that works perfectly fine, and exchange it if the product hasn't been used.
