Dear Manager, We have received the order from the customer and have tried to process the order as per delivery date.But with the availabe options the delivery was not possible as order placed initial date.We have cross checked with customer is it
ok to process with the earliest delivery date.To which we haven't received the response to goa head with the customer .Customer then later came on live chat and asked to cancel the order as not interested in the earliest delivery date. So we have gone and cancelled the order .The issue refund has already been updated to the customer that we have cancelled the order and given full refund.Refund transaction details have already been updated to the custmer.So we request you to cose the dispute in our favour as we have already the cancelled the order and issued full refund to the custimier for same
