The Ups store#4431

Review: On 29 March 2013 at 1:18 p.m. I went to send a package via UPs from this location to a residence in [redacted]. After paying the bill I saw that there was a $6.00 Delivery Area Surcharge on the bill. I questioned the clerk he said that is what the computer told him to charge. I came home and looked up UPS.com and found out that the charge should have been $3.50. I then called UPS customer service and they confirmed that the Delivery AreaSurcharge should have been $3.50 not $6.00. I called the store they said that they could not help me. If I did not like the charge I shouldn't have shipped with them.. I then called the UPS store customer service. This was around 5:45 p.m. 3/29/13 they said they would get back to me by 7:00 p.m. on 3/29. they did not. I called the store back and the clerk said the owner said nothing could be done package had left store. What I want is my $2.50 back that this store over charged me and a formal letter of apology from the owner stating that this will not happen again.Desired Settlement: I want the $2.50 returned to me in cash with in 24 hours. I do not accept check from this type of business because it takes to long to get the money and the letter of appology.
