Please check with each local store location for details regarding thatstore location."As a corporation with over 4,500 individual franchises, The UPS Store does produce corporate materialsthat do not apply to all of those stores, which is why they try to ensure that language is always includedthat specifies that each location may vary.We have passed on the complaint of the customer to The UPS Store Corporate Offices, to let them knowthe issues the customer had with the promotional materials. Hopefully that can aide in the design offuture promotional materials.We're sorry the customer had to cross our parking lot to Walgreens to obtain passport photos.
