I am rejecting this response because:My tenant had told me that
Walmart had said they would pay When I went to talk to the assistant manager involved he said he had not told her that It would seem pretty obvious it was his employee who gave the envelope to the person who cashed the money order was someone who used to live with his employee It was cashed the same day it was delivered to the UPS Store Therefore, it could not have gotten into the US Mail system The only words I have had with the owner since filing this complaint is him telling me that she no longer works there, which seems to be a tacit admission that she was the one who done it I have been in contact with an attorney who says the UPS STore is responsible and liable for my loss The exemployee is being investigated by the police
Sincerely,

Walmart had said they would pay. When I went to talk to the assistant manager involved he said he had not told her that. It would seem pretty obvious it was his employee who gave the envelope to the person who cashed the money order was someone who used to live with his employee. It was cashed the same day it was delivered to the UPS Store. Therefore, it could not have gotten into the US Mail system. The only words I have had with the owner since filing this complaint is him telling me that she no longer works there, which seems to be a tacit admission that she was the one who done it. I have been in contact with an attorney who says the UPS STore is responsible and liable for my loss. The exemployee is being investigated by the police.
