The UPS store will not give me a refund for a lost package.
On 10/25/19 I mailed a package from the UPS Store via next day air for Saturday delivery. I paid $58.55. The package did not arrive on Saturday. On 10/29 I went back to the store and spoke to *** who handles their claims. She said she would initiate a tracer and that would take 8 days. I never heard from her. I have stopped back by the store 5 times. She is never there or available. I have left copies of the payment and tracking and to date have not heard from her. I called the store today. The lady that I spoke to said they were busy and *** may or may not call me back this week. I again stated this is is from over a month ago and that she needs to call me back today or I will contact the Revdex.com. She hung up on me. I have been more than patient and at no point unkind or raised my voice. I paid for a service that was not recevied and they are ignoring my request for a refund.
I would like a call back and to be refunded the $58.55 I paid for a package that was lost by UPS.
