After the company received a message that we were proceeding to file with the Revdex.com they then responded and our order was shipped. They at NO TIME attempted to contact us by phone. Our initial contact after ordering was that the product was out of stock and they asked if we would accept an alternative that was of equal quality. We accepted the substitution as we were assured we could then shortly receive the order. weeks passed after they cashed our check and still no shipment. They are simply not telling the truth about their poor handling of this order.I have received my order.I will not remove my complaint simply because I finally got my product

Revdex.com spoke to the business by phone, who advised that the original order the customer had made was out of stock, and that the business made attempts to contact the customer by phoneThey stated that the order was shipped on June by UPS, tracking number ***

Good morning!I received your message regarding my subject complaint against Linen Company, Inc. As of today, 5/1/17, Linen Company DID provide the requested fabric swatch which I ordered from their website. However, I believe this was entirely due to my having
registered a complaint with the Richmond Revdex.com. My reservations concerning the validity of this company and its poor business practices remain and I will not be doing business with them. I suggest that the Richmond Revdex.com investigate this shell of a company further as many consumers may never take action and will be scammed out of their hard earned money. It is curious to me that a company could have so many negative reports with Revdex.com and yet still remain in business, blatantly stealing from unsuspecting consumers.Thank you for your follow up email.*** ***
