The UPS Store #4113

Review: I went into the UPS Store #4113 on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 to ship an important package with UPS Next Day Air, and paid $36.77 to make sure that the package arrived by the next day. On Wednesday, October 30, 2013, I received a call from [redacted] at the UPS store, stating that the package was not delivered as a result of an incorrect address. Although I addressed the package to an employee, with the correct business name and correct business address, it was still considered incorrect. We contacted corporate UPS on Nov 6, and the gentleman that we spoke with stated that this was a complaint that did not qualify for a refund because the package did not say "office" on it. I asked this employee that if we would have addressed this package with just the address on it and no name, then would they deliver it, and he said yes. So they will deliver a package to the same address with no name, but won't deliver to the same address WITH a name? The package in question did not get delivered until November 4, 2013, almost a week later. I would like my money back because I will no longer use UPS for any of their services.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back
