request a Return Service labelShe said no I will be re-imbursed her husband again queried her saying "it's too much".The manager again asked "are we shipping it" and she replied yes lets do itThe shipping charges were based on billable weight which was high because of the size of the boxes mainly 26x26xwhere dimensional weight applies

This is an absolute fabrication. The manager is the one who told me that Overstock would reimburse the shipping cost, which encouraged to move forward with this outrageous price. In addition, I had a timeframe in which I need to return this merchandise. There was never a suggestion that I call Overstock for a label. In addition, I don't have a husband. In reviewing other complaints on Yelp re: this business they obviously have other unfair and unethical business practice history. In one instance, they were charging a $for shipping boxes that already had a pre-paid label. They must be hurting financially as evidenced by their current and past business practices in addition to having to move to smaller store in the past years. I find their response unacceptable and encourage the Revdex.com to make inquiries from other UPS Stores to see if this is an acceptable charge for this transaction. Thank you in advance
