I had used this company in the past and their service worked just perfect without any issues.
Hence why I used them again just yesterday and once again their service was perfect and worked without any issue.
The instructions are very easy and simple to follow.
I would recommend them anytime, for this service.
Thank you for the kind words, enjoy the unlocked phone!

In January 2019 I paid The Unlocking Company $25 and then another $35 to permanently unlock my pre-paid Verizon iPhone 6s Plus to use on Verizon post-paid account. Over the next 3 months I removed the the cell phone sim card to place in my second cellular phone. Each time (3 times in total) I put the sim card back into my “unlocked” iPhone it locked up. Each time I called Verizon and argued with them to unlock the phone again because, as I told each Verizon Operator, I had paid TUC to unlock the phone. Each time I was told that the phone was not unlocked and needed to pay them $30 plus taxes to unlock the phone, which was the equivalent of a month’s service. I paid Verizon the $30+ and got the phone permanently unlocked. I contacted The Unlocking Company and they reimbursed me $30 of the $60 I paid them. It still cost me $30 and I received nothing in service for that service as was described in their website.
We unlocked the Verizon iPhone, you were trying to use the same Verizon carrier but because the phone was on an existing Verizon account they would not allow it to be used on another Verizon account until the IMEI was closed out of the already existing account. We refunded you 50% for the added step, and then Verizon had you pay the $30 to change the phone from one account to another Verizon account. You refused to try any other friends Sim card from another carrier outside of Verizon so we could show you it was unlocked. the review is unwarranted as you refused to even test another carrier outside of the already locked Verizon carrier. So you got a network unlock code for 50% off to use any carrier outside of Verizon and you paid Verizon to change of the IMEI to another account.
All of my friends have Verizon service. There were no options to borrow a friend's sim card.
I don't want to go back and forth. This cost me $30 (after the 50% was reimbursed) and I don't believe I received a permanent unlock service for the $30.

I was skeptical that this was a fake company and it was a scam but this company is 100% real. My phone was unlocked within 5 business days and I had no problem switching it over. I highly recommend using The Unlocking Company!

After receiving the code. The email was very precise as to what to expect and what may happen. As stated in their email I may not get a prompt to unlock so email them and they will take care of it. Well I didn't get a prompted so I emailed them and they responded very quickly and gave me other instructions for the process and it worked on the first try. Although the link to their instruction page didn't' come up because of security reasons on my computer, I really didn't need it. My experience with them was very positive.
Thank you, we are happy to help, hope to hear from you soon with another unlock!
This company is the best by far, their service and response is outstanding. Extremely happy, recomended 100%
Thank you very much!!

Very professional, reliable and really quick. Very Happy.
The code arrived after 4 days (estimation was 1-72 hrs at checkout).
Had an issue with the code so emailed them back. They promptly replied and helped me troubleshoot and unlock my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 successfully.
Very happy with the communication and service.

Took 3 weeks to unlock my phone when their site says it's in minutes. They emailed with threats of relocking my phone when I asked about their customer satisfaction guarantee, simple as that.
They also used profanity, and wrote all of their responses very condescendingly. They should update their website if they cannot keep their promises, that or honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'll never recommend or do business again.
We refunded $15 from the purchase for the delay, and offered a discount for a future unlock, we were not rude, they were not satisfied with the time frame AFTER the unlock was sent, wanted the 100% satisfaction guaranteed, the $15 was not sufficient, we said we would refund and relock the phone and he could use another company but he decided that we wanted the unlock for free, due to the unlock being 5 business days later than the average time frame, Just like with any company that provides a satisfaction guarantee we reserve the right to reverse the service in return for the refund.
These are excerpts from the response I received when inquiring about their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or a 100% Refund, which is also posted on their website...
"Save me this 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if you are not 100% satisfied we can certainly reverse the unlock, and you can start over with another company..."
"i am seriously done with this nit picking BS, you got the phone unlocked, it was 7 business days longer yes..."
"How am I threatening?... still not satisfied then we can relock the phone"
"I have NEVER seen any company say if you are not satisfied, take the loss..."
"...how am I out of line for doing the same thing?"
"...there is no cost to me, I simply call the T-mobile rep we have and why we are a direct source, and then have him change the lock status from unlock to locked."
"... I am pretty sure I cleared everything up in the last 10 emails..."
"...this issue has been resolved"
I also received an email saying they would refund half my money, but only if I post a fake video showing their website, and me logging in and getting my phone being unlocked in minutes, which is false advertising and 100% completely untrue.
What I am reading from this is someone trying to get a free unlock code, the unlock was provided, never asked for cancellation BEFORE the unlock was provided, after the phone was successfully unlocked you wanted to use the 100% satisfaction as a way to get all your money back and also have the phone unlocked. I am not sure how that is being rude, that was 50 emails in, after explaining each and every question in minutes. Already refunded $15 and willing to provide a future unlock at what we pay, you did not want either, and if you were not 100% satisfied then we would just relock the phone and then can go somewhere else, where does any company tell you that you can keep a product and get your money back if not satisfied. the service was already provided and then only then did you ask about a refund once it was unlocked you said not 100% satisfied. Which we said that is fine and we can take back the unlock for your unsatisfaction. we tried many different methods to come to a agreement, having your phone unlocked, getting $15 refunded, getting the next unlock at $30 off was not sufficient, but then when we asked for the unlock back and we would relock the phone it all of a sudden is no longer a issue and you are willing to take what was offered.
Called the credit card company and filed a dispute. They took one look at your main webpage, agreed with me, and sent a refund. They did get a kick out of your cursing and bribery emails though. Good luck with your business model.
The refund for 50% was to show it was unlocked, the time frame is stated on the site twice before ordering we do not have you say unlocked in minutes at all, we simply ask you stated the time frame as stated on the site, on average most are unlocked in minutes but harder unlocks with iPhones that is not the case, with HTC, Blackberry, Samsung, LG, Alcatel, Sony, they all can be unlocked same day. The refund was granted and provided for the delay, the unlock was successful and you have been using the phone with other carriers, If you were not satisfied with the unlock then we would refund and relock, I am not sure how that is a crazy request, the unlock was provided the unlock was successful and the unlock has been working since. but because you waited a little longer does not mean you get a 100% free unlock code. As with any company if you are not satisfied with the product then the product is sent back, Even Amazon the largest e commerce site in the USA will not allow you to keep the product if not satisfied, so why would this be different with a small business?
