They scammed me out of 79.99 dollars. The code didn't work, and the refused to refund me my money. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Paid 10.99 USD for a Blackberry Torch 9800 code to unlock it from my current provider. Took them almost 24 hours to provide me with the code (I e-mailed them and posted on their FB wall). Code was finally sent to me, tried it (followed all the instructions carefully) and it didn't work. Tried contacting them and no response. What a waste of time and money.
They are so unprofessional!!!! They never once answered the phone and I called multiple times and at all different times. The only response I received was email and it took them DAYS to reply back. On top of all of that the code didn't work and when I told them that, they blamed it on me, argued with me and refused to refund me my money, even though their website says "Money back guaranteed". I have never before received such bad customer service and I wish I could rate them lower than one star. You will have better luck calling your carrier and having them unlock your phone for FREE just like I did!
The website delivery period is deceptive such that when you select a particular phone/model it will show you a delivery period in hours (ex. 1-12 hours). If you did not receive the purchased "code" within the said period and you file a complain, they will refer you to another page in the website saying that the delivery is not guaranteed and it is an estimated time. This was not indicated clearly in the "sales" page where you select the phone/model and where they ask you to check out. Once refund is requested, they will simply say that you breach the contract. The fact is their website is deceptive and cannot actually commit to the delivery period as stated in the Sales Page. There is no notation in that Sales Page saying that it is actually not guaranteed but estimated. The company is using this tactic for you to chose their website over others who actually is realistic in their delivery period.
