The Tutoring Center

The director and several of her staff engage in extremely unprofessional behavior towards myself. They are harassing me for no reason and are extremely rude to me in front of each other and in front of the director as the director herself encourages that behavior and even does it herself. In fact, she started the behavior out of the blue after telling me my son wasn't motivated but they were trained to handle it and that he was acting like a normal kid. I have never done anything to any member of the staff, nor have I ever been rude to the director herself, so this is cruel and unprofessional behavior for no reason whatsoever. I am extremely baffled and don't know why she and her staff have resorted to such measures. They rudely stare at me and whisper and giggle to each other while starting at me, and stare at my posterior and laugh. I am not sure why they think that this is OK behavior in their work environment but I am sure that it has something to do with the director allowing them to behave as she herself behaves in this manner towards me with them. Each day, I am fully clothed with a long baggy T-shirt capris, I have no skin showing, so I have no idea why they have suddenly decided to engage in such harassing and unprofessional behavior. They were also extremely rude towards another staff member who is very kindly towards myself and my son. I do not see her any longer so either she has reduced hours or has been let go. Leeda was threatening to do something to that teacher to me one day, also, and there was nothing I could do or say to make Leeda happy with her that day. It's very upsetting not to see that kind teacher any longer.
