I told ***, the owner, at the first of October to take my boys out of the program, that October would be their last month My wife was having surgery and wouldn't be able to drive and I wouldn't be able to bring them to their appointments He put us on Family Leave and told me I wouldn't be charged for November and to keep him posted I called back in November to remind him to make sure I wasn't going to be billed and he said that I would but would be able to give me a refund I want my kids out of this program and yet I am still being billed He did give me a refund and I told my wife she needed to talk to them She was told that we were given another Family Leave for January and that we needed to come in and fill out paper work to remove our boys from the program I went in and filled out the paperwork and that is when Steve told me I would still be charged for February because they need a day notice When we signed up we were told we were not in any contract and could c
