The Trusted Home Buyer

I emailed this company in the hopes that they could help me while I was in a difficult situation. They said that they could, and I was excited. I was emailing with the owner himself and he was straightforward, understanding and helpful. He consulted with a colleague closer to my area and I have not heard a word in a week, even after calling and sending continuous emails. Not very professional or trustworthy at all.
