Review: Complaint against [redacted] - The Truss Group, [redacted] for refusing to refund security deposit of $1000 on a property rental agreement for a short term stay at [redacted] during 12/**/2104-12/**/2014. [redacted] has refused to return emails, voicemails, and will not answer phone calls regarding my requests. I have made several attempts to contact him with no response from [redacted]. The property was left clean and in excellent condition. [redacted] has not indicated otherwise.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my deposit as outlined within the terms of our signed lease agreement.
