Your billing department apparently pays no attention to the customers comments or letters; & in fact fails to direct a complaint to a supervisor even when the request is in writing. The billing keeps sending incorrect subscription billings & sends so many that we had sent two payments (one over payment) but Trentonian fails to return the overpayment or provide us a credit as per our request, but instead sends us another billing. Review: I subscribed to the Trentonian newspaper in November 2013. I paid $135.00 by check on November 13, 2013 for a 26 week subscription. The check cleared and I thought everything was ok with my account. I received a subscription notice today (3/19/2014) which states my subscription expires on 4/2/2014. The newspaper has increased the price of the paper, but it was after I paid the $135.00 in November. The cost for a 26 week subscription is now $183.05. I believe the price offered in November should be honored until the subscription runs out. I did not receive notice of the increase, only the bill. It is not my fault the company raised the price of the newspaper. I would like to have this matter resolved soon as the subscription runs out at the end of the month.Desired Settlement: I should be able to receive the paper for the price agreed to in November. The subscription does not end until May 2014. I would even consider paying an additional 48.05 to cover my subscription until the 26 weeks run out.
