The Trending Gift

I purchased a gift from this store on 12-11-19 for my two granddaughters for Christmas. The purchase was two journals entitled 'To My Granddaughter'. The total of the purchase was $79.98 under order *** I received an email on 12-19-19 saying that my order has been shipped and provided a tracking number that was not valid. When I clicked on this number to track my packages it was not a valid tracking number. I have made several attempts to contact the store regarding my purchase because I never received my journals. I have tried to contact them by phone but no one is ever available or it is not a valid number. I have sent emails via the following addresses: ***@gmail.com; support@the trendinggift.com; and finally heard back from *** via the ***@gmail.com address. *** apologized via email that he responded so very late to my inquiry on the two journals as it was already January and Christmas was now over. He said that they sent a 'collectible stop watch? in error. I did receive this watch, but expressed I did not want the watch and also asked for a full refund on my original purchase in addition to an address to return the watch. He said that I could keep the watch due to not receiving my journals. I expressed I did not want to keep the watch, I no longer wanted the journals because Christmas was over and again requested a full refund. It is now the end of January and I have not heard from this company and I have not received a refund for the journals and I have also never received the journals. I do not need or want the watch sent and would like to ship it back but I am now concerned that this *** not be a legitimate company and/or address. I am a recent widow. My husband did any and all of our on line business. I am knew to navigating these sites and try my best to be careful. I would much appreciate assistance in this matter. If I do not hear from this company I will contact VISA and dispute the claim as well.
