I contracted with this company to cut down treesThey didn't show up due to rain twice, getting ready for a snowstorm once and finally, after I called them out on a week delay, decided they didn't want my business and refused to come do the workTHey gave me a great price when they had no work in February, and once it got warm they decided they couldn't do the job for the price quotedTHey didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls or tell me they weren't coming to do the workThey said they texted me, but I have no text from them.Finish the JobCut my trees down and do the job for the price quoted

Contract Included
Material and Labour for Hedge removal,and disposal,soil grading,and planting a tall grass fence
Soil,mulch, and plants are all included in price
Material and Labour costs $+HST
Deposit of 1500+HST given on July 13,
Balance of 1500+HST upon completion, and payment for upon completion July 12,
contractor agreed to start July and to be completed by no later than July
Pebbles,and gravel of approximately feet by feet was put in my backyard
I want the gravel removed, as it was not requested, or part of the contract
Hedge Removal should have included trimming of hedges to grass level,removal of all roots,stumps,or trunksThe hedges were only trimmed
