[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the Derby Itinerary that was on the Travel Authority website when I put the deposit on this trip At no time was I informed that the itinerary changed and that the trip would be booked out to another company and thus given an option to cancel my trip with Travel Authority Please note that no where did I specify that the "horrendous weather" had ANYTHING to do with my complaintBottom line is that I paid for a service/tour that DID NOT HAPPEN as it was sold to me This is breach of contract I am not asking for a full refund, but the fact that I was offered a $discount for a future trip with a company that will certainly never use or recommend to others is an insult Regards, [redacted]
