The Tranny Shop

My tranny in my 2008 van needed repair. I brought it to [redacted] at the tranny shop on 7/22/2013. He fix it and charged me [redacted] He gave me a year warranty. The transmission has been breaking down. I when back to him May 5, 2014 my van stay there for a week and half. He didn't services it! He told me I needed a egr valve on it before he would work on it. I took van home and replace that valve, Transmission still bad. I called him to make a appointment and have been put off for 3 weeks. I call leave a message he calls back says maybe this day. I call on that day to bring it in and told another day..3 times. the warranty is up July 22, 2014.I am a senior raising 2 grandkids on SS. I need this van repaired, This man doesn't want to honor the warranty.( I was told the EGR valve I replace is for emmissions not transmissions) Please Help me!!!!
