Review: Good Afternoon, To whom this may concern.I'm submitting a complaint against The Tractor Guys in Watertown Ct in regards to my Toro lawnmower. I brought it there for an estimate to fix the grinding noise in my Transmission. I told [redacted] I did not want to spend anymore then $150.00 and that would be at the high end of my budget being that the mower is 6 years old.[redacted] calls me 5 weeks later to tell me my mower is fixed and the cost to repair is $435.00 I told him I would not pay him anymore then the $150 for the repair. [redacted] stated that he would not give it back for $150 and he would figure out what to do about the repair. (This was 3 weeks ago) I call him twice and left messages with no return calls from him.I would like the mower back.

He has 2 alternatives1.) Give me back the lawnmower as is for the $150or2.) Take all the unauthorized parts out and give it back a it was.Thank You
