To Whom it May Concern: Our staff can never guarantee amenity opening dates but keep residents informed on when we anticipate them to be available based upon the construction scheduleThese dates can be pushed back for a number of variablesIn our Resident Handbook, that is part of the signed
Lease Contract, it states"We cannot guarantee the completion dates for amenities, including but not limited to access gates, clubhouse, pool, etcThere are no additional concessions or discounts offeredThe current rate reflects construction pricing and the associated inconveniences." The gym was open approximately days after this resident's move in date and our construction team worked vigorously to have our pool opened in the early spring so that our residents could enjoy this amenityWe are in a contract with an elevator company who services them on a regular basisUnfortunately, anything mechanical can malfunction and if an issue does arise, our staff calls upon the contracted vendor and relies on their expertise to solve the problemOur company will not offer any additional compensation as stated in our Lease Contract and Resident Handbook that this resident, and all residents, signedWe will continue to strive to provide the best customer service to all residents and appreciate each of our resident's patience over the past year as we completed construction at The Towers at TPC
