The customer [redacted] came into the business to tint his truck. He asked to tint the windows “limo” on all doors and rear window. After the job was completed, he did not like the shade he chose. He said we “should have known he wanted it the same shade on all the windows”, but his truck had...

factory tint on the rear section which made the windows darker on the back compared to the front two windows. He got upset and wanted us to give him his money back. We explained to him that the paper work he signed clearly states that all sales are final, and the warranty does not cover if the customer changes their mind on the shade. After leaving the establishment he called and spoke to one of the sales representatives and demanded that we remove the tint and refund the money. He told us that he had already rolled the windows down and “it didn't matter what he did to the windows we were going to remove the tint any ways and give the money back.” He returned to the business yelling at the employees for his money back, yelling that we needed to remove the tint off of the truck and that it was not done right. There was nothing wrong with the work. When we informed him that any warranty work done on his vehicle is covered on the same shade previously chosen, he got aggressive. He tried to take the original paper work he had signed out from the managers hands. We reserved the right to refuse service due to his aggressive approach and explosive attitude. He left then returned to the business again and continued to threaten the manager yelling. He said he was a police officer but refused to show us any identification, even after we asked to show us his badge. We called the police and they did their investigation. Over the next week or so the customer [redacted] continued to harass the business and its employees on social media. One of our employees filed a complaint with his supervisor in fear of their safety.  Attached to this email is a copy of the contract he signed. The original sales price was $239.00, the additional $1.00 is from a water he purchased in store, which we have video surveillance of the transaction.
