We hired Ron after reading his glowing reviews on the Revdex.com website. My husband and I had just gone through a terrible remodel job on our bathroom. The tile work from the remodel was so bad that we needed to have the tub/shower tile completely torn out and re-done. Because of our recent negative experiences, we were really apprehensive about having any more contractors in our home. When I contacted Ron, he put me at ease immediately. He asked tons of questions to try to fully understand our situation, and to see if there was any way he could salvage our situation without a complete tear-out. Once he started work in our bathroom, he took extra time to talk me through every step of his process and to teach me about all the products he was using. Now I no longer lie in bed at night worrying that all the grout is going to fall out or that the waterproofing is ineffective and the wall is going to rot and collapse into my daughter’s bedroom. In addition to redoing our tile, Ron was also able to diagnose and repair our leaky toilet (another problem that resulted from our troubled remodel). We are very happy with Ron’s work and work ethic. We just wish we had known about Ron sooner!

His broad knowledge of tile helped narrow our decisions on the products we selected. He made great improvements to the tile designs and patterns we were considering, while making sure the result would still fit our budget. [redacted] did an amazing job on our backsplash. We weren't sure how to handle the edges and around the window and he had great suggestions and was able to work with what we bought. We will definitely be using him when we are ready to redo our bathroom.

Ron installed glass and stone mosaic tile on the kickspace under a kitchen bar and complementary marble tile on the kitchen backsplash of our condominium. He was meticulous in selecting the patterns and shades of the marble panels so that they flowed naturally from one tile to the next when installed, and he offered great design suggestions for unifying the design elements in the different surfaces. His clean-up was so thorough at the end of each day and at the end of the project that it was hard to believe that he did all of the tile cutting on site. He was a real pleasure to work with. He was very clear about the pricing for his work and the price was very fair for the service provided.
