Review: I asked The Tech Center to exchange the frame of my child's Nintendo 3DS because it was chipped. The 3DS worked fine, no function problems. I also gave them the new frame ($30 value) and necessary parts ($5 value) I obtained myself.I was told that it would take one week to exchange frames. But I didn't receive a phone call after 3 months.I asked The Tech Center the progress several times, but they kept saying that they hadn't fixed yet. Then one of the staffs told me that the technician accidentally broke the screen and the 3DS was unable to be used anymore. The technician tried to fix the screen, but he failed.The Tech Center is trying to return the 3DS to me, without any compensation for what they did to it.Desired Settlement: I would like The Tech Center to pay me $200 as a compensation for the broken 3DS so that I could buy an used, same type of 3DS.

Review: I am disputing the services rendered by The Tech Center at Westminster Mall in Westminster, CA. I took a game Console into the store for repair and refurbishing. I supplied them with the tools and supplies necessary to repair it and they failed to do so. They basically destroyed my game console and I want my money money back.Desired Settlement: Refund me my money for their very poor service.
