you will not receive a reply. This business has not only failed to talk to us about, and work with us on our concerns, but is actually argumentative about them and flat out blaming us and refusing to help. So, my question to you is fold. - Is there anything else that we can do? We are currently working with our bank on a refund; We are working with the police on theft charges; We have hired an attorney to help negotiate a fair bill for good/services rendered; We have submitted a complaint with you so we can atleast alert other citizens; and I am going to submit a complaint to the FTC. 2-Is there any way to find out if this business is legitimate? After finding out what his practices are like, not just from our experience, but now from others I am finding out about as I am doing my own little investigation. He appears to be constantly stealing from his customers and I am wondering if he even has a legal business here. I appreciate any help you can give us.Thank you, *** ***
