They send us products that is about expire.. We received the products on Dec 27 '16 and one of our solutions we received he a expiring date of 3/1/17 !!! By the time it expires we won't even be done with the bottle, I strongly recommend not to by any products from this company
Review: I purchased a sunless tanning system for $270.00 about a year ago. The very first time I used the system, it was defective! The container that holds the liquid tanner was leaking from the seal, causing it to run all over the place. It was awful. I had run stains all over my body from it running down the container, onto my arms and other parts of my body as I was trying to move about while spraying my whole body. I called, explained the problem and the gentlemen said he would replace the seal because they sometimes have issues with them on that particular model. I explained that I did not think that it was the seal. He would not trade the system . I have attempted to use the machine with the replaced seal and I am having the same problem. I have called several times and made no success.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a different make or model that works just as it should. NO LEAKING!

I have investigated the claim by [redacted]. She purchased the tanning system on 7 /27 /2012. On 8/30/2012, she contacted us concerning a leak around the cup on the spray system. We sent her a new gasket for the gun and a free liter of tanning solution for her inconvenience. We explained to her if the gasket did not fix the issue, the gun was under warranty. Our warranty policy is the customer returns the defective item to us and we would repair or replace the damage item. We also pay return shipping. We do not have any other documentation that we had talked to her. It is our policy to document all complaint or issues with any order. No one remembers talking to her except the 9/30/2012 call. The unit had a one year warranty which has now expired. We will extend the warranty program to her to fix this issue. Regards Randy Eades
