Hello,I will be happy to assist you I see the reason for this complaint was shipping lead time As stated on our website before the holidays we had a 7-day delivery time for Free shipping option We did offer expedited shipping options for an addtional fee Free
shipping has to be selected to complete the order so that customers understood the lead time Order which shipping options were not selected were unable to proceed to shipping and payment options I was able to refund the requested order at this time but we do not have a record of any return received

I am rejecting this response because: Just to let you know The credit card co. gave us credit today, but what Survivalist depot is saying is not correct. We ordered on Sept. 29th and did not receive the product until Nov.10, 42 days later. So they are trying to make themselves look better by their response. They also sent me an extra order later which I sent back also and they did not know they sent it twice, so they really do not know what they are doing. Thanks for responding to this. You can close the case since the credit card co. gave us credit, because Survivalist Depot said they would not give us credit, even though we returned the product.
