The Sunshine House

Lack of communication and unjustified reasoning to provide care. On May 15 I contacted The Sunshine House to ask about enrollment for my son which they told me they had an open space to enroll him in their 3 yr old classroom. He was due to enroll on June 4th but on that day they told me he couldnt enroll due to paperwork needing to be signed by doctor. After I brought the paperwork to them they informed me he still could not enroll until they heard back from corporate. On June 6th they informed me he may come for a 2 day trial period. None of this was told to me at initial contact on May 15th. After 2 day trial they did not contact me until June 12th which they stated he cannot go to daycare due to 12:1 ratio which was not what was initially told to me when previously asked if they had room. They also stated that they cannot accommodate my son and provide care without any explanation to why. During the period from June 4th to June 12th they were being paid for my son to attend the daycare which he was not there but 2 days. Now I am stuck trying to find another daycare on short notice so that I may work.
