The Suggestion Store

Ordered a piece for our wedding but hadn't recieved it. Allowed more time, sent several emails and FB messages but nothing. I paid through PayPal so I disputed it and got my money back. FB is littered with messages where people never recieved their product. You can't do reviews on the FB page and the reviews on their website aren't verified.

I placed the order in March of this year. The item came to me broken a few weeks later. I am asking for a refund or a replacement item.
I placed my original order from the Suggestion Store online in March, 2020. My order number is XXXXX. The purchase was paid with my credit card when I placed the order. The item was a table top plaque that reads, Mr & Mrs ***.

I have contact the company several times by phone (left message on answering machine) and have not received any call in return. I had provided the company with a picture of the broken item which is required for a refund. I have also contacted them by email 5 other times. See dates listed below.

I mentioned that the item was broken after the second letter in the last name. The item was delivered but the box must have been twisted in transit and cracked before it made it to me. ( The box didn't have any type of support to prevent bending in transport.) I have not received a replacement, however, I did receive an email response saying that they were sorry that I wasn't satisfied and they offered me a small discount on my next order. I am now asking for a full refund. I have been patient, because I know that some companies were closed during the pandemic. However, I believe that I have been patient and was hoping to have this resolved soon. The item is a gift for my future daughter in-laws upcoming wedding.
