Ordered (2) ball caps from the Sub Vet Store. Was charged for (2) and the invoice indicates (2) but only (1) was sent.
Regarding order #XXXXXX, placed on 10/9/2019. I ordered (2) embroidered ball caps. I was charged for (2) ball caps and a quantity of (2) is indicated on the invoice, but only (1) ball cap was sent. I contacted the Sub Vet Store (3) times to inquire, but all of my emails were ignored.

I ordered two custom submarine ball caps on Tuesday January 02, 2018 Order#XXXXXX for $51.32 which has yet to be delivered but money was taken from my account. Sent an e-mail reply on February 12,2018 ***@subvetstore.com requesting status of order and received No Reply. Attempted to call today March 12,2018 phone# XXX XXX-XXXX which came back as changed or disconnected. This is the contact phone# still being published on Sub Vet Store website. This now appears to be some sort of dishonest business practice/scam. Simply want the items I paid for in a reasonable amount of time or at least some sort of update on order status.

The Sub Vet Store has been acquired by WB Embroidery, Inc. We are working diligently to contact each customer and process orders. I have left a message with the customer, order is ready to process but the credit card used when placing the order has expired, we will need the new expiration date or a new card to complete the processing of the order.

Ordered two pins from The Sub Vet Store in February. Never received the products. Emailed the Sub Vet Store several times about my order never received a response. Now, when I go to their web page, I get a 404 (not found error)!
