On there website it states that you join the club you well qualify for a line of credit that reports to the credit bureau which takes about 30-45 days... it has yet to be reported and when you contact a person they keep giving you the run around on how to get it fixed

Thanks. I do not even see a customer by that name in our records. We have no problem refunding people, but I do not think they ever actually signed up with us. At least, not under that name.

Please see emails below as Jenny *** states that she has no record of my name but has responded to emails that were sent. One of the emails asked for a refund and I never received a response, plus I never received a phone call within 2 days. Thanks again
