Miscommunications in regards to two orders, contacted business several times without response, issue not resolved
We purchased pavers based on a display at businessThere were only two color tags, but three paver colors, so we mistakenly ordered the wrong ones based on what the salesperson told us the colors we wanted wereThey charged us an additional delivery fee ($to swap them out and an upcharge on the corrected color($87.00) This was their reluctant solutionAt the same time, we ordered stairsTold the salesperson in detail what the plan for said stairs wereWe relied on their expertise, and were not told that in order to do this project, the stairs should be cut flat on both sidesWhen our hardscaper discovered this, we contacted them and asked what our options were, as he was at our home, and there was a time crunchA Manager was supposed to call back on MondayIt's now Wednesday, and in spite of emailing the business, and calling three times, no one has gotte
The company charged the delivery of same product twice and claimed credit has been issued
On Sept15, mornings, I bought tons of stones at Stone Yard, which the store manager promised to deliver in an hour total $plus delivery charge of $paid by credit card ref.#When the delivery didn't happen after hours, all the while, I had workers waiting for the stone delivery to complete their work; I informed the store manager that the stone had not been delivered even after hours
The store manager told me to call next dayI called the next day early morning, again with my workers waited outside for the stone delivery to complete their work
Again, the store manager still couldn't tell me when stone could be delivered, not even at end of that dayFrustrated, I went to store to cancel the order
The store manager gave me credit of $ref.#instead of $paidHe explained to me that the discrepancy was due to re-stocking charge
