Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has not tried contacting us/me again since I've started the complaintI had been the one reaching out to her and would get same excuses (she had issues trying to refund us).We have not at all closed the company AMEX card so her statement is regarding thatSince she has not contacted us or refunded us we finally contacted our credit card company and had a chargeback processedShe has not been helpful or cooperative She in no way made steps to make this right or refund us.Thank you, [redacted]
