Complete disregard for customer property, customer service, and satisfaction Upon arrival to inspect my vehicle after receiving a window tint service, the first thing I noticed was very apparent scratches all along the rear of my vehicleThis was a classic vehicle, all original, that has been cared for meticulously over its lifetimeThat being said any imperfections were undoubtedly accounted for prior to the service ***, one of the representatives who had been assisting me from the start, was fast to the scene and attentive to my concernsHe addressed my concerns by contacting the technicians and owner to investigate the situation As I was waiting for the owner in the lobby, I noticed a man approaching my car with a rag and buffing solution; in an apparent mad scramble to remove the evidenceThat man was the owner, who instead of greeting me as a customer was clearly more concerned with his liability in the circumstanceI ran outside to meet this man and as he paused

Without a doubt this is the absolute best carpet cleaner we have ever had. Jim is thorough, professional and respectful of our interest in seeing our carpets returned to "almost new condition". Before we started with The Specialists, we were considering replacing our carpets. I am happy to say that now we are able to postpone that project and will not revisit the issue, at anytime in the near future.

James of The Specialists recently cleaned my carpets. I had a couple troubled spots he thought he could make disappear, actually he didn’t promise that but said he thought he could clean them.

He was able to clean all the carpet and made them look like new with no spots. I will certainly use his services again.

So glad I called the Specialists to clean my carpets! They were fast, polite and stayed as long as necessary to get the job done right. I had some tough stains and they were able to get them out. They also use all natural products which is what I wanted, considering I have a young daughter. I later called them back to do my tile, which looks immaculate :) I will definitely be calling them again!
