Review: In March 2015, I booked services on the spa. [redacted] was the one who booked my appointment. She informed me of their cancellation policy and told me they would need my credit card information to secure the reservation and that my card would be charged in the event I did not cancel 24 hours prior to the services. When we arrived at the spa for our appointments, the spa was closed. After waiting an hour for [redacted] to call me back, she informed me that someone else called and said they were unable to make their appointments and she assumed it was myself calling and therefore closed for the day since we were the day's last appointments. She apologized profusely for the mistake on her part and insisted she send me a gift card and gas money in the mail. I declined and asked her not to charge my card. On 6/16/15 I received an email from my bank stating a charge from the spa was charged to my debit card. I immediately called [redacted] who said she would call me when she got into the spa. I then called my bank and had my card cancelled just to be safe. I called the hotel that the spa is located in and the woman told me they have been receiving many calls about this same thing happening to them and that [redacted] no longer works at the spa. The woman instructed me to call my bank, the Revdex.com, and the police. I called [redacted] back and confronted her with the information I just received. She denied it and only confirmed that yes in face she moved her spa but would not give me a new location when I asked. She stayed that someone with a similar name to mine was recently in the spa and she thinks that's how my card got charged. While I was still on the phone with her, she said she credited my account and sent me a confirmation email which I would be receiving shortly. I never received the email nor the credit to my account and when I called her back she did not answer. I then called the police and they informed me they already have a case file on [redacted] because she has a history of fraud and has been charging people for services not rendered at the spa.
