Review: I spoke with Tom he advised me of the costs to repair my chairs. He told me if I wait till the fall a discount would be given. He picked up the chairs and sent me a bill with a charge to pick up and deliver the chairs. In the three or four conversations I had with two people from the company no shipping and handling charge was discloused until they had my chairs. This is very deceptive.Desired Settlement: Give me back my chairs or take the 90 dollars off the bill.
