I purchased a monogram ring from this business based on their advertised picture of the item I would be receiving, which showed a monogram ring with a black backgroundI specifically ordered this style because the monograms would stand out on the black backgroundThere was nothing in the description that let the buyer know the background was not blackTwo days after I ordered, the ring went on sale at a big discountI contacted the business and asked politely if we could have the discounted priceWe were told no, all sales finalThe ring arrived yesterday, June 7, and it looked nothing like the advertised descriptionThe center is not black, the monogram looks shaky and poorly done, and it does not stand out and is hard to readI was very disappointed, and contacted the seller againThis morning I get another terse email response saying the advertised picture was "reflecting a black camera" which made the center look black, and basically too breturnsTheir customer serv
I ordered merchandise that was never deliveredI have proof, from my local post office, that it never reached them to deliver to me
I ordered products from the merchant that I never receivedI have confirmation from my local post office that they never received the package from the "hub" to deliver to me The package was returned to the seller damaged and empty The tracking information does not show adequate proof that I received it
They refuse to replace my items or issue refundI'm basically in the middle between the post office and the merchant
I've done everything I can to prove to them that I never received the product
I tried filing a claim with the post office, but because the package wasn't insured, by the merchant, I am not able to I don't know what else to do at this point
