Tell us why here***,We at The Source H2O pride ourselves in keeping our customers satisfiedLooking back into your account I do see that we went out on November 17th 2015, we checked Hydro Quade as well as replace Res Rinse FeederThere was nothing wrong with the system itself, the unit is producing the quality of water it should beWe received a call on February 4,about res feeder malfunctioningWe came out on February 9, 2016, the line was pinchedThe problem was corrected [redacted] called back on April 2, Unfortunately we did have to reschedule at that time, when we called to reschedule service for the following day, we did not get a call back to confirm this change would work for your scheduleOn April 26, we replaced res feeder as well as gave free resin rinse for the inconvenience this may have caused youThe Res Rinse feeder that you are having problems with does not have any short term effects on the quality of the system The feeder and cleaner are a long term protectant for the systemWe spoke the morning of April and agreed to follow up Friday May 12th to ensure the new res feeder is working properlyWe appreciate and value you as a loyal customer, if there is anything else we can assist you with please call ###-###-####
This issue has been submitted numerous times, and or affiliations have fallen short, and we admit there has been a delay on our side, hoping to get it resolved correctly through the correct channels I will personally call the customer shortly to get this resolved per their

I am rejecting this response because: This is emblematic of the way [redacted] has acted during this now almost 14 month ordeal. This response is mostly nonsense and an attempt to obfuscate of his willful dismissal of me in my attempt to have him take any responsibility for his company's admitted mistake. I frankly don't even know what most of what he writes even is supposed to mean, but I'll try. When he says "this has been submitted numerous times," yes, my insurance company and I personally have submitted this to him many times. However he either has ignored the requests, or says he's getting to it for over a year. When he says "affiliations have fallen short," yes, he has fallen short on his duty to work with me and my insurance company by moving it on to his insurance company or deal with the issue in any way. He says he wants to get this issue "resolved correctly through the correct channels," and he is again ducking his responsibility for his part of the process by trying to make it seem as if there are third party dynamics at play here that have tied his hands. That is absolutely not the case. He could have done anything since last September; writing a check, directing his insurance company to work with mine on a resolution, etc. He has instead not just ignored attempts to contact him, but go out of his way to willfully keep this from being resolved. He says finally he will personally call me, which he had also told me he would do in a previous email directly to me, but he has not, as has become typical for [redacted]. Just more words designed to delay and avoid this issue. This guy is a shameful businessman at best, and a reasonable case could be made that he's an outright liar.

At this time I will let things ride with no further action. I am not sure that my unit is fixed or not . We will find out in a couple of weeks. producing the quality of water it should be. We received a call on February 4,2016 about res feeder malfunctioning. We came out on February 9, 2016, the line was pinched. The problem was corrected. Unfortunately we did have to reschedule at that time, when we called to reschedule service for the following day, we did not get a call back to confirm this change would work for your schedule. On April 26, 2016 we replaced res feeder as well as gave free resin rinse for the inconvenience this may have caused you. The Res Rinse feeder that you are having problems with does not have any short term effects on the quality of the system. The feeder and cleaner are a long term protectant for the system. We spoke the morning of April 28 2016 and agreed to follow up Friday May 12th 2016 to ensure the new res feeder is working properly. We appreciate and value you as a loyal customer, if there is anything else we can assist you with please call ###-###-####.
