Unfortunately this is a case that is outside of our area responsibility and control, but be assured we continue to pursue this matter for our customerIssues that develop outside the warranty are evaluated on a case by case basis by the individual manufacturersThis puts it outside standard claims procedures which provide quicker resolution and creates fewer frustrations for those waiting for resolutionHalifax Seed would also prefer faster resolution but continue to have faith in our relationship with *** *** *** and the integrity of their response

I accept that the person responsible for dispute resolution is on vacation until mid *** and I am willing to wait for this person to return from vacation for this dispute to be settled
However, the response above only relates to what *** *** will or will not doThat is not the issue which is stated in my complaintHopefully this issue will be dealt with appropriately when the person returns from vacation

We have received a response from *** upon the reps return from vacationWe are very happy to say that they have put a good will claim in for your motorThis is not something that occurs regularly, especially this far out of the warranty period but since this claim had gone so long without an action or response from *** they made this decisionWhen you are available come on in and we will credit you the price of the motor
