The Sound Doctor

I had a pretty rough experience with The Sound DoctorTo be fair, I do believe that the issue was a very difficult one to troubleshootHowever, I sent my Onkyo receiver to his shop in mid December and I just received it back on June That's months!!! When I got it back it came with a note explaining that he could not find the problem and if I had any further problems I should contact OnkyoWell DON, I did call them and they sent me to YOU!!! During the MONTHS that he had my receiver, I called quite a few times to check the status and he always apologized for the delay and said "I'll call you tomorrow with an update" I NEVER received a call back from ANY of my inquiriesThe only time that he tried to call me was to tell me that he was sending my broken equipment back to me

However, I sent my Onkyo receiver to his shop in mid December 2014 and I just received it back on 14 June 2015. That's 7 months!!! When I got it back it came with a note explaining that he could not find the problem and if I had any further problems I should contact Onkyo. Well DON, I did call them and they sent me to YOU!!!
