on May 18, Our records do not reflect the issues indicated in the customer statementOur regional office was contacted by a representative of Ms*** named Donna, on two separate occasions indicating there were arranged inspections with local and state code enforcement to inspect Ms***’s apartment home on July 2, at 12:00pm and July 7, at 2:00pm, respectivelyWe complied with the proposed inspections times; however, neither local or state code enforcement, or any representative for Ms*** showed upLastly, as of this date the rent remains unpaid for the month of July by Ms*** and keys have not been returned to usVery truly, Renee R*** Solomon Apartment Management
I applied for an apartment with this companyThe apartment I applied for was no longer available and there were stipulations to my approval, so a manager emailed me explaining the stipulations and offering a like apartment, and requested I give her approval to put that apartment on hold and charge me their $hold feeI did not give approval due to their stipulations, however they charged me the $anyway and are now refusing to refund itThe corporate office has failed to even respond to meI have retained my email comunications with the community manager where its clearly stated that they were awaiting my acceptance of the different apartment and their stipulations
