Review: Company misrepresented itself. They claimed to be with ATT, but in fact are a separate group. They submitted misinformation and caused Internet and phone service to be disconnected and created a mix up in accounts. ATT technician pointed out that order was placed by So Cal Group. We called So Cal group three times, each time they refused to discuss anything with us, but instead just hung up.Desired Settlement: Pay damages for down time of employees that have not been able to do work because of lack of internet or phone service.
