I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that it is a process with selling the shoes and the consumer has been in full on [redacted] on April 5th.

Review: I took a pair of my shoes that are worth a great deal of money to the Sneaker Bar so they could sell the shoes for me. A contract was signed with all of the information pricing on the shoes. The owner [redacted] sold the shoes on [redacted] and wrote me a check that had insufficient funds. I contacted him to inform him of the issue he gave me a day when I could come by the shop and get the cash, and he wasn't there. He informed me that he would not take out the 15% fee and give me the full amount, which was $1,800. At this point he kept making up excuses and then he would not respond to text messages or phones. He will not give me the money that he owes.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount which is $1,800 and $200 for wasting gas driving back and fourth to the shop on dates that he was suppose to meet me with the money. The trip to the shop is a hour commute.
