Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received an email a couple of weeks ago indicating that the business agreed to refund /pay for my damaged jacketUnfortunately I had the wrong mailing address for them tj send me a checkI called Revdex.com to find out how I can change my mailing address and I was told to "decline" the offer and write a note explaining that I was accepting repayment but to send the check to the correct addressIt appears there was some sort of miscommunication about this so it appeared that I was not satisfied with their offer to repay me which was not the caseI will accept repayment but to the address I provided in my recent response which is: [redacted] It looks like the case has been closed but please confirm that the check is being mailed by the restaurantThank you Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I received an email a couple of weeks ago indicating that the business agreed to refund /pay for my damaged jacket. Unfortunately I had the wrong mailing address for them tj send me a check. I called Revdex.com to find out how I can change my mailing address and I was told to "decline" the offer and write a note explaining that I was accepting repayment but to send the check to the correct address.
